As many of you already know, my new year’s resolution was to eat breakfast everyday. I know a lot of you share with me the sentiment that it’s a hard thing to do! It’s more convenient to forget about breakfast than it is to take that extra step in the morning to take care of your body. I’ve been making large batches of this granola every two weeks or so, and I have yet to become sick of it. It’s so delicious, hearty, and nourishing, I love eating it with Greek yogurt and fruit. Granola is so customizable and you can make it your own and add ingredients that make you happy. This is my basic recipe but feel free to swap out different sweeteners, nuts, seeds or dried fruit.
