I realize this is the 4th savory not sweet recipe I’ve shared in a row. My sweet tooth has felt dormant for the past few weeks. I’m unsure why but I think maybe the cold weather just had me so super excited about soups and stews and all that. Anyways, I’m also not sure why it took me this long to share my biscuit recipe! These were, next to scones, the top seller back when I was baking at Prima. I don’t think they even ever cooled down all the way before the last one was sold. It makes sense though, because truly nothing in this world could be better than a still warm biscuit.
