I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions, but this year I did make one: to eat breakfast everyday. Even as someone who absolutely LOVES breakfast it’s still a hard task to accomplish! But oh boy am I lying if I say it doesn’t change the whole course of my day. Eating breakfast can help steer a bad, I woke up spiraling and can’t fathom getting out of the front door, type of morning, into one that’s more of an okay, I think I can handle the day ahead of me. The monumental power of a bagel or bowl of granola and yogurt. But this recipe is for one of those special slow mornings you happen to find yourself with. If you feel like making your own loaf of challah, I’ve included my favorite recipe for the softest plushest loaf.
