Thin and crispy waffles >
Now that we’ve established the obvious, let’s talk about these perfect waffles. I hesitated to buy another appliance that only does one thing, but so far I have zero regrets because it really doesn’t get better than hot crispy waffles at home. I did do some research because I’m very particular about the thickness of my waffles and thus the iron itself. This one is the perfect waffle iron, the settings work great and it produces the best thin and crispy waffles I’ve ever had. You can swap out more regular AP flour for plain waffles, but the buckwheat flour adds such a wonderful nutty flavor and makes them kind of super addicting. Jordan and I shared a stack this morning with some extra salted butter, cinnamon sugar, and jam. It was awesome.
