a very good, very easy, very unscary, very juicy turkey
the title says it all
I used to be anti turkey. In the sense that I was very much scarred by all of the dry turkey I had consumed in my past. Also, cooking a whole bird of that size is daunting and intimidating! Then I had a thought, a little a ha! moment. What if, I just roasted the turkey, exactly how I would roast a chicken ???? I love roast chicken! I make, dare I say the best roast chicken. Now, every thanksgiving, I look forward to the turkey, as this method has never failed to make the most juicy and delicious turkey. Don’t be like me and realize too late that the only roasting pan you own is in fact too small to fit your turkey (pictured below is the disposable foil roasting pan I ran out to the store for last minute). But if that’s the only mistake you make then you’re golden, and you are bound to make a delicious turkey.
