If I were to choose one cake that represents my ideal + perfect cake texture, flavor and appearance it would be this one. A few months back at the beginning of spring I posted a rhubarb semolina cake recipe and talked a little bit about my love for semolina in cakes (it makes the best cakes!). Well Iām doubling down with this recipe to further that sentiment. I have quite literally been making this cake on repeat all summer ā the bounty of fruit this summer has been especially good, and this cake pairs wonderfully as a canvas.
